We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Associate Director to join our team in Grapevine, Texas. In this role, you will lead key operational functions, oversee facilities management, and contribute to strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency and excellence across departments. This position requires a dedicated leader who can maintain compliance, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of safety and service.
Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring clear goal-setting and opportunities for skill development. • Oversee campus facilities, apartments, and outdoor spaces to ensure they are safe, well-maintained, and visually appealing. • Manage preventive maintenance schedules, apartment turnovers, and asset planning to uphold operational standards. • Implement and refine operational systems for scheduling, vendor management, and asset tracking. • Review and optimize standard operating procedures for maintenance, security, and emergency responses. • Develop and manage the annual operations budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost efficiency. • Evaluate vendor contracts and procurement requests to align with organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and operational requirements. • Lead safety audits, emergency planning, and training programs to minimize risk and promote workplace safety. • Supervise capital improvement projects and facility renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a related field. • Expertise in facilities management, including preventive maintenance and asset planning. • Strong knowledge of compliance with safety regulations and building codes. • Proven ability to manage budgets and oversee procurement processes. • Experience in implementing operational systems and optimizing workflows. • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development. • Proficiency in managing complex projects and coordinating with external contractors. • Familiarity with operational policies and procedures, including safety programs.
