Private Equity Associate

We are working with a leading private equity firm seeking an Associate to join its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) investment team in New York.

It partners closely with management teams to build market-leading businesses, leveraging deep sector expertise, operational insight, and a rigorous approach to value creation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in Investment Banking
• Experience within TMT/Technology preferred; strong generalists with relevant deal exposure will also be considered
• Build and maintain complex financial models (LBO, operating models, M&A analysis)
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis
