The NHL.com International Producer will be responsible for building and posting editorial and video content on NHL.com's foreign language websites during night hours. This includes sending out content on social media platforms as needed.

SALARY RANGE:
$60k
Actual base pay for a successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to: experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.

Summary
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
The NHL.com International Producer will be responsible for building and posting editorial and video content on NHL.com's foreign language websites during night hours. This includes sending out content on social media platforms as needed.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Building articles in content management system (Forge) for all NHL.com foreign language websites.
- Programming editorial and video content across all NHL.com foreign language websites, including minimal graphic design.
- Programming content on NHL social media platforms as required.
- Assisting with necessary companion headlines and video descriptions for corresponding content.
- Communicating regularly with management and freelance correspondents to produce timely and accurate content that meets NHL.com International business needs.
Knowledge Areas/Experience
Required
- 1-2+ years professional experience in web production.
- A strong understanding of hockey, the players, teams and content important to NHL fans.
- Willingness to work night and day shifts with a varying schedule, including working weekends, holidays and all major NHL events.
- Background in sports journalism and/or sports web production a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS a plus.
- Fluent in one of the NHL.com international languages a plus (Finnish, Swedish, German, Czech, Slovak, French or Spanish).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to create and modify graphics for web and social media.
- Ability to produce content that meets business goals and objectives for NHL.com's foreign language websites.
- Must be able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in groups and manage a variety of projects at a given time.
- Exhibits great communication and organization with the ability to constantly prioritize tasks.
