TLG New York City Metropolitan Area

Save

The Leo Group builds and scales talent-driven fashion brands with leading creators. We work across product development, production, and ongoing brand growth, collaborating closely to turn ideas into well-made, scalable businesses.

The Role

We’re looking for a Production Manager to own the end-to-end apparel production process across our portfolio of brands. This role is hands-on and fast-moving, perfect for someone who knows clothing production inside and out, is comfortable juggling multiple timelines, and enjoys building processes in an early-stage environment.

You’ll be responsible for taking styles from approved design through bulk production and delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met. You’ll work closely with creators, design partners, vendors, and our internal ops team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the production lifecycle for apparel styles from development handoff through bulk production and delivery
  • Manage production calendars, critical paths, and timelines across multiple brands
  • Source, onboard, and manage domestic and international factories and vendors
  • Request, track, and approve samples
  • Negotiate costs, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms with vendors
  • Place and manage purchase orders; track WIPs and production status
  • Ensure quality standards are met through fit approvals and factory communication
  • Partner with leadership on timelines, delivery windows, and launch readiness
  • Troubleshoot production issues quickly and proactively (delays, quality concerns, cost changes)
  • Build and improve production processes, documentation, and reporting as the company scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of apparel production experience (fashion, DTC, or contemporary brands)
  • Deep understanding of garment construction, materials, costing, and factory workflows
  • Experience managing multiple styles and brands simultaneously
  • Experience with overseas production
  • Strong factory and vendor communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • NYC-based (or able to work closely with NYC-based teams and vendors)

If you’re someone who loves the operational side of fashion, thrives on getting product over the finish line, and wants to help build the backbone of multiple brands, we’d love to hear from you.
