$70.00/hr - $74.00/hr

Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the work happening in many areas of the Buyer and Seller experience. You will use modern technology and AI to help increase efficiency and velocity in all aspects of the product cycle. A global approach is essential for ensuring platform-level systems and capabilities are designed into every aspect of the work we produce.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership by setting direction, optimizing, troubleshooting, and course-correcting to achieve goals.
Drive the right outcomes and deliver on time by owning key timelines, roadmaps, execution plans, managing backlogs, and effectively communicating status/results across organizations.
Work with global product team partners (e.g., Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, Business, etc.) to seek out ways to be more effective and increase job satisfaction.
Drive the use of a common set of tools that are used to track, prioritize, and rank the work that needs to be performed so it remains in sync with all team members.
Work across a wide variety of internal and external teams and deliver a plan that represents the needs of UX, Content, and Research across the Design team.

Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in program management, design operations, or PDLC execution, with a strong focus on digital consumer experiences.
Strong understanding of design and product development processes, especially in agile environments.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation while executing at scale—you can balance vision with pragmatism.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools to support program execution and team alignment (e.g., Airtable, Google Workspace, and Figma).
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $74.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
