Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Virginia, United States. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project specifications, resolving project-related issues, and monitoring project progress to achieve company and client objectives.
Qualifications
Project management expertise, including planning, organizing, and managing timelines and budgets effectively
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and handle challenges
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and external partners
Technical knowledge of systems such as electronic security, building automation, or fire and life safety systems
Proficiency in project management software, tools, and methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing tasks
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the systems integration industry or construction industry is a strong asset
