Compensation Range: $50/hr - $59/hr

Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized project manager to drive execution and coordination across a large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiative.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage daily project execution to keep initiatives on track
• Define timelines, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders
• Track dependencies, risks, and action items across workstreams
• Lead meeting planning, facilitation, and follow-ups
• Prepare agendas, capture notes, and ensure accountability
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams as a central point of contact
• Build and maintain project documentation (plans, trackers, reports)
• Deliver regular status updates for stakeholders and leadership
• Support governance processes including RACI development
• Reinforce project management standards and accountability

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 6-8 years of project management or PMO experience
  • Experience managing large, enterprise cross-functional initiatives and multiple workstreams
  • Strong expertise in timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience developing RACIs and governance processes
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Strong meeting facilitation and follow-through capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • PMP or similar PMO certification
  • Experience supporting transformation or change management initiatives
