The Opportunity

Join the high-velocity internal creative agency for a global leader in Entertainment and Media. As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead the execution of social and digital marketing campaigns for high-profile television properties. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational excellence, ensuring that innovative content reaches global audiences across all major social platforms.


Core Responsibilities

  • Creative Campaign Management: Define project scopes, establish delivery timelines, and track milestones for diverse digital projects across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Resource & Talent Allocation: Oversee workstreams for an internal team of designers and motion graphics artists, as well as managing external vendors and freelancers.
  • Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between Creative Directors, internal marketing stakeholders (Social, Media, Strategy), and production teams.
  • Full Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor projects from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring all assets are secured and approvals are obtained from key stakeholders.
  • Workflow Integration: Collaborate with Design Operations leadership to implement and follow standardized creative workflows and processes.


Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience within a creative environment.
  • Specialization: Proven track record in producing Social Media content and working specifically with Motion Graphics Designers.
  • Industry Background: Direct experience in an in-house creative studio or creative agency is highly preferred, along with a deep understanding of the Entertainment/TV industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize Salesforce for ticketing and Monday.com for resource planning (proficiency preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and high-level communication skills are critical for navigating this fast-paced, matrixed environment.


Interview Process

  • Round 1: 30–45 minute interview with the Hiring Manager, including a core skills assessment.
  • Round 2: 30-minute interview with the VP of Design Operations.
