We’re searching for a dynamic Regional VP to lead a team of top‑performing Enterprise Account Executives across a key geography. This is a high‑impact role for a sales leader who can blend strategy, coaching, and execution to drive new enterprise logo wins and expansion across major markets.


What You’ll Lead

  • Develop and lead a team of quota‑carrying Enterprise AEs.
  • Drive regional go‑to‑market execution, from market segmentation to establishing a strong footprint and entering new industries.
  • Guide AEs through complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy, clear forecasting
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Growth, and Product to accelerate deal cycles and deliver customer impact


What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years leading B2B SaaS or AI/Cloud sales teams in enterprise markets, with a proven track record of scaling high‑performance teams.
  • Deep experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles and landing large new logos.
  • Strong command of methodology‑driven sales, including MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks
  • Executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on leadership in high‑growth, high‑ambiguity environments.
