We’re partnered with a B2B SaaS startup hiring an SDR Manager to take over a small, existing team and push performance to the next level by consistently delivering pipeline, not just activity.
They raised a Series A last year, saw strong revenue growth in 2025, and are positioned to do it again in 2026. They sell into modern product and research teams, supporting mid-market and enterprise deals with customers like GitLab, Webflow, Yahoo, MongoDB, and BILL.
About the Role
Coach SDRs into consistent quota attainment
Drive outbound pipeline that converts into real revenue
Instill accountability, urgency, and higher standards across the team
Own team-level metrics and make performance predictable
Who They're Looking For
2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS
Proven track record coaching underperformers into strong contributors
Experience owning pipeline or activity targets
Comfortable operating in early-stage or scaling environments
Strong operator who holds a high bar and enforces it
Nice to have Experience
Experience scaling SDR teams at early-stage companies
Familiarity with HubSpot, Outreach, Sales Navigator
This role is fully remote with most of the company leadership based in NYC & Boston.
