Brief Job Responsibilities:
The C5i Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Vertical is a key growth engine for the company, focused on scaling strategic accounts and driving next-generation AI and Analytics transformation programs across global enterprise clients. As we continue expanding our footprint across the TMT space, we are seeking a highly capable Client Partner to nurture and grow strategic relationships, drive account expansion, and position C5i as the trusted partner for AI-led digital transformation, data modernization, and advanced analytics.
This individual will partner closely with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, Product leaders, Marketing leaders, Revenue/Growth leaders, Data & Digital Transformation teams, and global teams across Delivery, Solutions, and Product to ensure strong account governance and continuous value creation. The Client Partner will own account strategy, revenue growth, renewals, and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Growth & Relationship Management
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for key enterprise accounts with in the Technology, Media & Telecom vertical.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across business, product, technology, marketing, and transformation functions.
- Identify, shape, and influence client needs by positioning C5i’s AI, Analytics, and Insights offerings as strategic enablers for their business goals.
Revenue Ownership &Expansion
- Own account-level revenue, renewals, and expansion targets; develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned clients.
- Lead cross-sell and upsell motions across C5i’s portfolio of AI & Analytics, Data Engineering, Cloud Modernization,
- Customer & Marketing Analytics, GenAI, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services offerings.
- Monitor account health, project delivery success, and client satisfaction to maximize retention and multi-year engagement value.
Strategic Planning & Advisory
- Partner with Delivery, Solutions, and Product teams to propose high-impact solutions aligned to customer priorities.
- Drive strategic account planning including opportunity mapping, stakeholder engagement plans, and multi-year roadmaps.
- Provide thought leadership and advisory to help TMT clients accelerate adoption of AI-assisted decision-making and create differentiated customer experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Growth Partners, Sales Leaders, Practice Heads, and Product teams to orchestrate value propositions and differentiated solutions.
- Ensure smooth execution of programs by working closely with project delivery teams, maintaining governance, and managing risks.
- Represent C5i at industry forums, conferences, and customer strategy sessions as a trusted consultant and advocate.
Market & Account Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitive movements, and client business shifts across Technology, Media and Telecom to anticipate new opportunities and challenges.
- Provide timely feedback from client engagements to internal Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
Qualifications & Skills Must Have
- 7–10 years of experience in account management, client partnership, or customer success roles in Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, Data Platforms, Cloud, or Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth, renewals, and multi-year engagements.
- Strong understanding of Technology / SaaS, Telecom, and/or Media domains, including trends impacting enterprise customers.
- Experience supporting or selling large, complex, multi-stakeholder program sinvolving business and technology leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams(Sales, Delivery, Solutioning, Product, Marketing).
- Comfortable managing senior relationships, including CXOs, business heads, and transformation leaders.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment.
- Prior experience working with analytics/insights platforms, cloud ecosystems, or AI-driven solutions, including GenAI use cases in TMT.
