What You’ll Do
Own and evolve Clixo’s global marketing strategy, spanning brand, growth, performance, partnerships, and retail support.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market dynamics, and marketing best practices to inform strategy and decision-making.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across channels and disciplines
Partner closely with PR, media, and influencer teams to drive brand awareness and cultural relevance
Collaborate with the founding team to shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
Collaborate with the creative team to develop strong creative briefs and guide creative direction across all consumer-facing touchpoints, including print, digital, retail, and video.
Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget, forecasting spend, ROI, and growth opportunities
Track and analyze key performance metrics across channels, translating insights into action
Develop strategic brand partnerships and manage external agencies and vendors
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across DTC, retail, and international markets
What You Bring
5–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles within B2C consumer goods
Experience marketing to parents and/or kids is a strong plus
Proven success in small, fast-growing company environments (10–50 people)
Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and growth channels
Leadership, communication, and storytelling skills
Comfort managing significant marketing budgets
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA a plus)
International experience is a plus
A genuine love for play, creativity - and yes, dogs
