Role Summary:

Lead US expansion by acquiring Tier 1 & Tier 2 banking clients and driving large-scale digital transformation deals across Transaction Banking, Core Banking, Payments, and SaaS platforms. Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders while owning multimillion-dollar revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive net new logo acquisition across US banks
• Build and close $5M–$50M+ transformation deals
• Lead consultative, transformation-led sales (cloud/SaaS/digital banking)
• Manage C-suite relationships (CIO, COO, CFO, Business Heads)
• Orchestrate global pre-sales, product, and delivery teams
• Contribute to market strategy and product positioning

Ideal Profile:

• 15+ years in enterprise banking tech sales
• Strong track record in US banking logo acquisition
• Experience in Transaction Banking / Core / Payments / Liquidity
• Proven success in large, complex deal closures
• Established C-suite network in US banks
• Strategic, growth-focused leader with global exposure
