With proven success across Asia Pacific and North America, we are now continuing to scale our presence and we're looking for a Solutions Engineer (Presales) to help us accelerate that growth.


Who We Are Looking For


Working at Dataweavers, you will be a hands-on member of the team who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and customer outcomes. You will act as the trusted technical bridge between Sales, Partners, and Customers - helping prospects confidently understand how Dataweavers can solve complex digital and cloud challenges.


You will pride yourself on simplifying complex systems, building credibility with architects and technical decision-makers, and delivering compelling, value-led engagements that move deals forward.


You will have the hunger to continuously upskill across Azure, DXPs, and modern MarTech ecosystems, along with the humility to collaborate closely with global teams and contribute to a culture of shared learning.


You also have the focus to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously while maintaining a consistently high standard of presales delivery.


About the Role


As a Solutions Engineer (Presales), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by aligning technical solutions with customer business outcomes. You will partner closely with Account Executives, digital agency partners, system integrators, and customer stakeholders to deliver engaging demonstrations, support enterprise RFP responses, enable partner presales teams, and ensure a seamless handoff from Sales to Delivery.


This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys representing a company as a trusted technical voice within the broader ecosystem and who thrives in early-stage, high-growth environments.


This role reports directly to senior Sales leadership and works closely with our global Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead technical discovery, customer assessments, and deliver compelling, business-outcome-focused demos and presentations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to position Dataweavers solutions and support proposal development and RFP/RFT submissions.
  • Act as the trusted technical bridge between Sales and Delivery, ensuring clean handoff and continuity through onboarding.
  • Enable agency and SI partners to independently position Dataweavers, serving as a technical point of contact for partner CTOs, architects, and sales engineers.
  • Develop and maintain demo environments, presales collateral, and reusable solution patterns to support the broader GTM motion.
  • Represent Dataweavers in relevant technical communities, events, and ecosystem conversations across North America.


About You


You are a technically credible, customer-focused presales professional with deep experience across DXP, cloud, and MarTech ecosystems. You know how to connect business value with technical capability and thrive in environments where you can shape outcomes, build relationships, and drive growth.


You'll bring:

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Presales Engineer, or Technical Architect role
  • Strong experience with Web CMS, DXP, eCommerce, or DAM platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, or Contentstack preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures
  • Proven ability to deliver value-based software demonstrations to enterprise audiences
  • Experience responding to complex enterprise RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code principles
  • The ability to integrate multiple technologies into cohesive, clearly communicated solutions
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills


In Your First 12 Months, You'll:


  • Deliver presales engagements across active USA opportunities, supporting pipeline growth through partner and direct channels
  • Establish strong relationships with key agency and SI partner technical teams in North America
  • Build and maintain a suite of demo environments and presales assets aligned to Dataweavers' core use cases
  • Contribute to shaping the USA presales playbook and partner enablement approach

Location


Hybrid / remote – US-based. Candidates based in Texas, South Carolina, New York, Colorado, Florida, or Georgia preferred.
