Sr Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in modernizing legacy systems, supporting a rapidly scaling platform, and driving strategic initiatives that directly impact millions of users. This is a high-visibility role requiring close collaboration with executive leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a complex, multi-year enterprise transformation program
• Oversee modernization of legacy systems and implementation of scalable, future-state architecture
• Partner closely with senior leadership, including executive and board-level stakeholders
• Drive alignment across business and technology teams
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple workstreams
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support transition from waterfall to a more agile delivery environment
  
  

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
