Duties and Responsibilities:
Create business dashboards and maintain various monthly reporting items
Analyze business reporting and perform root cause analysis
Build, deploy and analyze customer surveys
Create business cases for Senior Leadership
Perform various fleet and reliability tracking activities
Prepare cost models and forecasting projects for internal business units
Assist departments in KPI creation and maintenance
Lead efforts in maintaining data integrity and cleanliness
Become Customer Service POC for competitive intelligence
Identify process improvements to enhance business productivity
Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:
Bachelors’ degree from a four-year college or university in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Data Science or a related field is required.
Experience working with aircraft OEMs, airlines, consultancy firms, MRO organizations or 135 operators through projects/internship/co-op program highly preferred.
Previous directly related experience in Business Operations, Parts Logistics, Senior leadership liaison, Contracts or Business Development through projects/internship/co-op program preferred.

Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and foster positive relationships.

Excellent communication skills in Business English (read, write, speak)
Strong messaging skills for conveying strategic decisions and explorations
Possess strong organization/time management skills, with a focus on project management methodology.
Must be results oriented with strong decision-making ability to include negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with strong problem-solving skills.
