Strategy Associate

We are seeking a top-performing investment banking or private equity professional to partner directly with the founding team on core growth, strategy, and scaling initiatives at a venture-backed AI company serving financial services.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the trajectory of an early-stage business building mission-critical AI infrastructure in one of the fastest-moving and most consequential areas of technology.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders and leadership team on strategic, operational, and go-to-market initiatives
• Own high-impact projects across partnerships, fundraising, investor materials, customer strategy, and internal operations
• Conduct market and competitive research, evaluate business models, and develop clear frameworks to support growth decisions
• Help build and scale the foundations for sales, customer success, and finance operations
• Act as a true generalist operator within a small, high-calibre, execution-focused team

🎯 Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity, ideally from a top-tier platform
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear insights
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
• Naturally curious, proactive, and excited about AI, technology, and early-stage company building
• Able to work closely with founders, investors, and senior customers in a highly visible role

• Exposure to technology, enterprise SaaS, fintech, or AI-enabled businesses
• Experience supporting go-to-market strategy, product strategy, or scaling internal operations
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for investor and customer-facing materials
