What You'll Do
As VP of Marketing, you will own the full U.S. marketing function and lead a team responsible for:
Brand & Integrated Marketing Building and protecting the Kumho Tire brand across all U.S. consumer and trade channels, defining our positioning, creative direction, and brand health metrics.
Sports Marketing & Sponsorships Managing our high-profile sports sponsorship portfolio, including our role as an Official Partner of the Atlanta Hawks and our growing regional MLB team sponsorship program across key U.S. markets.
Product Marketing & Ride & Drive Events Driving national product marketing strategy and leading our nationwide Ride & Drive event program, putting Kumho tires in the hands (and under the wheels) of consumers across the country.
Dealer & Trade Marketing Overseeing the Fuel Dealer Program, our dealer incentive and loyalty platform, to deepen relationships with tire dealers and independents nationwide.
Digital Marketing & Consumer Engagement Leading our digital, social, SEO/SEM, CRM, and e-commerce marketing efforts to drive awareness and conversion.
Marketing Strategy & Annual Planning Setting the overall U.S. marketing direction, developing the annual marketing plan, defining priorities, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
Budget Management & ROI Accountability Owning the full marketing budget, from planning and allocation to tracking and optimization. You'll bring financial discipline to every investment decision, ensuring spending is tied to clear objectives, and performance is reported transparently to the CEO and leadership team.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence Turning consumer insights and competitive data into winning strategies.
What We're Looking For
Required
12+ years of progressive marketing leadership; 5+ years at VP level or equivalent
Proven track record in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and national sponsorship programs
Experience managing sports sponsorship portfolios (team-level partnerships and activations)
Background in dealer/trade marketing, channel incentives, or loyalty programs
Strong digital marketing fluency: social media, SEO/SEM, content strategy, analytics
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Preferred
Tire, automotive, or consumer durables industry experience
MBA or Master's degree
Experience with experiential marketing / Ride & Drive-style programs
Cross-cultural communication experience in a global business environment
