Overview:

Our client is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead multi-site manufacturing performance, drive process excellence, and strengthen operational scalability across its U.S. footprint. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will oversee all areas of manufacturing, safety, supply chain, quality, and continuous improvement — ensuring operational alignment with growth and profitability objectives.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and hands-on oversight of production across multiple U.S. facilities
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Build and lead a high-performance operations team focused on accountability and execution
• Strengthen safety culture and quality systems to ensure compliance and consistency
• Optimize supply chain, procurement, and inventory management to reduce costs and improve PPV
• Partner with finance and executive leadership on budgeting, CapEx planning, and KPI management

Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership (multi-site preferred)
• Proven success leading Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deep understanding of supply chain strategy, cost management, and process optimization
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumenAbility to lead through influence, collaboration, and operational discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (advanced degree preferred)

Travel: 30–40% across U.S. sites
