Website Content Manager
Drive the development of complex digital content strategies for healthcare websites, leveraging healthcare insights, content architecture, and SEO best practices to enhance online visibility, credibility, and user engagement in a regulated environment.

Location: Lafayette, CO (Hybrid, 4 days onsite per week)
Role Overview
As a Website Content Manager, you will lead strategic efforts to shape and optimize web content experiences for the client's Acute Care & Monitoring unit. You will translate clinical and customer insights into authoritative content architectures, influence cross-functional teams, and guide website transformations. Operating independently, you will ensure content consistency, regulatory compliance, and innovative discovery approaches—helping their digital presence grow and support long-term business goals.
Day in the Life
- Drive large-scale website restructuring from product-focused to solution-oriented models
- Lead development of evidence-based healthcare content to build trust and authority
- Develop and oversee the unit’s internet content and digital journeys
- Create multi-media content strategies aligned with customer needs and SEO standards
- Partner with SEO, UX, analytics, and tech teams to optimize content for search and AI-driven discovery
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years relevant experience or master’s degree with 5+ years experience
- Mastery of website content strategy in complex enterprise environments
- Expertise in healthcare/clinical content in regulated industries
- Advanced knowledge of content architecture, intuitive web journeys, and UX design
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders without authority
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
