Remote work shouldn’t mean disconnected teams. A recent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ G2 review captures what we love about GoProfiles: “GoProfiles helps me stay connected with colleagues in a primarily remote organization.” From celebrating birthdays and anniversaries to seeing where teammates are located and recognizing coworkers, GoProfiles helps make workplace connections more personal, even when teams are spread across cities and time zones. Thanks to our customers for sharing how GoProfiles helps bring people closer together. 💙 #GoProfiles #EmployeeExperience #RemoteWork #WorkplaceCulture

AI people & culture platform for employee engagement, recognition, & rewards - build a thriving culture with GoProfiles
About us
From the makers of GoLinks, GoProfiles is an employee directory, peer recognition and rewards platform built for the new world of work. With GoProfiles, teams celebrate achievements, foster strong bonds, and gain the context needed to collaborate and connect. Beyond names and titles, rich employee profiles showcase coworkers’ personalities and achievements. An interactive map helps local teammates connect. A team directory and org chart reveal internal relationships. And peer recognition with Bravos ensures accomplishments don’t go unnoticed. Cultivate a culture of appreciation and spotlight employee achievements daily, not just during reviews. Celebrate milestones and growth by giving your team a central hub for new hires, anniversaries, birthdays, and recognition. Powered by generative AI, GoProfiles helps teams get to know their peers by asking questions like ‘Tell me about Brandon,’ ‘Who was recently hired in California?’ or ‘Who received the most Bravos this month?’ In return, GoProfiles AI responds with insights from employee bios, location, achievements, and more. Connect employees, improve team culture, and discover more meaningful relationships at work with GoProfiles. AI may not be creating new trust issues. It may just be exposing the ones that were already there. As Emma King of Envoy puts it: “AI is acting as a massive magnifying glass on the trust issues that were already there.” AI doesn’t just change how we work. It reveals where trust was already fragile. #FutureofWork #AIEnablement #HRGameChangers #HRGC

AI is changing work. But are we actually enabling people to do better work? That’s the question at the heart of our next HR GameChangers. The future of work is uncertain—and waiting for certainty isn’t a strategy. Brad Kreit of Deloitte puts it well: “We have to plan for lots of uncertainty. And by the time we know what the answer will be, it’s too late.” Instead of planning for one future, leaders need to prepare for several—and build organizations that can adapt to all of them. That means staying nimble, building new skills, and preparing people for what’s next. 👂 is all here: https://lnkd.in/exprzZbg #HRGameChangers #FutureofWork #AIAdoption #AI #HRLeadership

What if HR’s next big mandate isn’t engagement — but enablement? As AI changes how work gets done, giving employees new tools isn’t enough. HR leaders also need to ensure people have the knowledge, support, systems, and skills to perform at their best. That’s the conversation we’re having at our next HR GameChangers: The Enablement Era: HR’s Next Mandate for High-Performing Workplaces 📅 October 1 | 11 AM PT We’ll bring together HR leaders to explore how organizations can reduce friction, empower employees, and build workplaces designed for high performance. Now the speaker panel: Gianna Driver, Lenix Jorge, Jewelyn Mendoza Angeles, and Janelle Henry. There’s no one-size-fits-all AI playbook. Sarika Lamont puts it simply: “This is an iterative process. We’re going to do this together.” - Sarika Lamont, Chief People & AI Enablement Officer, TechnoMile The key to AI adoption? Bring employees into the transformation, listen to what’s working (and what isn’t), and evolve as you go. That’s how you build trust—and real adoption. #AIEnablement #HRLeadership #FutureofWork

AI adoption isn’t just a technology challenge. It’s a culture challenge. As Kyle Forrest of Deloitte put it: “You can build up culture debt, just like you can build up technical debt.” The companies that get AI adoption right are creating space for employees to experiment, share, learn, and shape the transformation. Because when AI gives employees 8 hours back each week, leaders need to answer: What do you want them to do with that time? Great insights from Kyle on the latest HR GameChangers 👇 https://lnkd.in/exprzZbg

One thing I keep coming back to from our latest HR GameChangers conversation: You can automate a workflow. You can’t automate trust. As companies move faster with AI, it’s easy to focus on the technology — what tools to buy, how to roll them out, how quickly employees are using them. But the harder questions are about people. Do employees understand why AI is being introduced? Do they have a say in how it changes their work? Do they feel supported as they learn something new? And, maybe most importantly, do they trust the people making these decisions? That was the heart of our conversation in Episode 23 of HR GameChangers, The Trust Gap: Culture Can’t Be Automated. Really enjoyed hearing perspectives from Sarika Lamont, Emma King, Brad Kreit, Kyle Forrest and Janelle Henry on what it actually takes to build trust while AI changes the workplace.
