IMTS - International Manufacturing Technology Show 2026, that’s a wrap! 🎉 What a week in Chicago! Thank you to everyone who visited the HP Additive Manufacturing booth to meet our team, explore our latest innovations, and share ideas about the future of industrial production. From reconnecting with longstanding customers to meeting companies exploring additive manufacturing for the first time, one thing became clear: the conversation is increasingly focused on production. Manufacturers came to us with real applications, requirements, and questions about throughput, scalability, materials, part identification, and where additive can solve specific production challenges. Highlights from the show included: 🔵 Strong interest in the new HP Multi Jet Fusion 1200 and HP Industrial Filament 600 HT, both introduced earlier this year. 🔵 Conversations around drones and unmanned systems, as well as orthotics and prosthetics, where digital manufacturing is enabling new production opportunities. 🔵 Interest in dual tone capabilities for incorporating identification directly into parts and reducing additional process steps. 🔵 HP SitePrint, demonstrating how robotic automation and digital workflows are transforming construction and site layout. 🔵 Customer applications, success stories, and conversations with HP technical experts, bringing industrial additive manufacturing to life. IMTS may be over, but the conversations continue! Our team is now preparing for an upcoming open house in Vancouver, Washington, along with a series of exclusive, invitation only drone open houses planned for the rest of the year. Whether you are beginning to explore additive manufacturing or looking to scale your current operations, we look forward to helping you take the next step. Thank you to our customers, partners, and everyone who made IMTS 2026 such a valuable event! #MadewithHPMJF #IMTS2026 #HPAdditiveManufacturing

HP Additive Manufacturing (AM) Solutions - 3D Printing reposted this
Wrapping up what has been an INCREDIBLE week at the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) 2026 in Las Vegas! One thing is clear: additive manufacturing continues to gain momentum across Orthotics and Prosthetics! It was fantastic to see 3D printing featured at more and more booths, powering a growing range of devices and applications. A great sign of the innovation and transformation happening across the industry! At the HP Additive Manufacturing (AM) Solutions - 3D Printing and DyeMansion booth, we had two particularly exciting highlights that generated extremely positive feedback from customers, partners, and O&P professionals. 1. Making HP Multi Jet Fusion more accessible to O&P The launch of the new HP Multi Jet Fusion 1200 3D printing solution, together with DyeMansion's new VX1 vapor smoothing system, generated A LOT of excitement! Bringing #MJF quality and performance to a smaller system at a more accessible price point was seen as a great enabler for #adoption. We heard about a wide range of exciting use cases, different needs, different applications, but one common theme: making industrial-quality additive manufacturing more accessible to more people in O&P. 2. Where MJF functionality meets patients’ personality: HP Dual Tone The interest in our new HP #DualTone technology was another major highlight. It was great to hear and confirm how visualization capabilities can help create devices that better reflect #patients’ personalities. By helping patients feel more connected to their devices, we have an opportunity to improve #acceptance, #engagement, and ultimately, treatment #outcomes. I can’t wait to see the incredible designs our customers and partners will create once this technology becomes available in the next few months! Another personal highlight was being interviewed by the great Brent Wright on The Prosthetics & Orthotics Podcast. We discussed the evolution of the industry, the growing role of 3D printing, and the innovation HP continues to bring to O&P. It was especially meaningful to share this conversation with one of the early believers, pioneers, and testers of our technology in this field. THANK YOU Brent for the opportunity! I’m incredibly grateful for all the inspiring conversations throughout the week, and a huge thank you to the HP and DyeMansion teams for making this such a successful event! The future of O&P is full of possibilities, and we’re just getting started! Thank you, #AOPA2026 and see you next year! #AOPA #OandP #MJF #3DPrinting #Orthotics #Prosthetics #MadewithHPMJF #PatientOutcomes #AdditiveManufacturing #DualTone David P. Covering large areas efficiently requires technology that can combine range, performance and production flexibility. Xmobots is using HP Multi Jet Fusion technology to produce more than 100 parts for the Nauru 100D, a multipurpose surveillance drone designed to support a wide range of missions, including agricultural monitoring, environmental protection, border surveillance and infrastructure monitoring. These MJF parts are integrated with foam and carbon fiber components in the final product. By removing the need for physical molds, Xmobots can make fast and efficient design modifications while producing parts with isotropic and consistent mechanical properties for small and medium industrial production batches. This approach also helps avoid additional costs and risks associated with mold loss or rework. 🎥 See how HP Multi Jet Fusion technology supports the production of the Nauru 100D. A big thank you to Xmobots and SKA Automação de Engenharias for helping us bring this application to life. We are pleased to announce that Aitiip Centro Tecnologico is integrating the new HP Industrial Filament 3D 600 HT into its advanced manufacturing facility. Already using HP Multi Jet Fusion technology for production, Aitiip is now adding HP Industrial Filament technology to its portfolio. As Pablo Murillo, Director of Artificial Intelligence & Additive Manufacturing at Aitiip Centro Tecnológico, explains: “With the HP Industrial Filament 3D 600 HT we close a gap in our portfolio: high temperature polymers such as PEEK, PEKK and ULTEM for functional parts that must perform under real thermal and mechanical loads. Combined with our MJF production capacity, it lets us cover the full path from prototype to certified industrial part for aerospace, railway and automotive customers, at a cost that makes industrial grade high temperature printing accessible.” Want to see these technologies in action? Join HP, Aitiip and Solitium on September 29 at Aitiip’s facilities in Zaragoza for an industrial additive manufacturing event. HP experts will present HP Industrial Filament technology through real application cases and the latest Multi Jet Fusion developments, including PA12W and Dual Tone. Seats are limited.
