Just last year, Caliza founding winemaker and owner Carl Bowker celebrated his 20th harvest in Paso Robles. But it will also be among his last using grapes from the estate vineyard he planted in 2006.
During senior editor Aaron Romano's recent visit to Paso Robles, he met with Bowker and new winemaker Josh Harp to talk about the development of this new, contiguous “home” estate after selling his original 28-acre Willow Creek Estate to Booker in 2024.
