Marla Maples is an age-defying beauty who's determined to help people live their healthiest lives. "[I am] committed to helping others be the healthiest and best they can be through food and exercise choices so they can enjoy a joyful and healthy life," she told People in 2017. And seeing how toned her legs are in recent looks is enough to make us crave her fitness tips. Maples has made it very clear age is nothing but a number, while giving Carrie Underwood's killer legs some competition.

In a snap posted to her and Pete Evans' Instagram accounts in March 2025, the beauty, who was born in 1963, had our jaws on the floor with her super toned legs. Tiffany Trump's mom, and president Donald Trump's ex-wife, wore an all-white tennis-inspired number, made up of a ribbed tank top and mini skirt with white sneakers. The beauty also avoided the makeup mistakes the Trump women regularly make by keeping her cosmetics youthful and glowy as she posed with her long, blond hair down.

Fans couldn't get over how Maples had seemingly dialled back the years. "Girl you do not age," one person wrote in the comments section. "Marla ... you look fantastic," a second Instagram user commented. Fortunately for us, the star has been very vocal about how she keeps herself in such great shape.

Marla Maples gets her toned legs by hiking, doing yoga, and more

Health and fitness have been a huge part of Marla Maples' life for years. In 1998, she released her own workout VHS, titled "Journey to Fitness," and she's continued to share various insights into her very active lifestyle since. Maples proved it's never too late to start exercising and get healthy, posting info about her workout routine on Instagram in 2019 — she shared she'd done a more than 4 mile hike before a yoga session to help stretch her tired muscles. "Yoga works and breathing deep into any pain we may feel allows the oxygen to flow and healing and relief to come," she wrote.

Then, in 2024, she revealed she'd tried a Force of Nature workout class with a friend in an attempt to step up her exercise sessions. Alongside an Instagram video of her at a group workout class, she wrote in part, "I believe it's important to keep getting stronger & one way we can grow is by going beyond our perceived limits. I know it's just a workout ... but a lesson for life."

Maples has also opened up about how important a clean diet and good hydration is to looking and feeling so good. She told People she avoids dairy, gluten, and processed sugar, and eats kosher meals, while also trying to drink four to five large glasses of water each day. About her go-to workouts, she added, "I swim, play competitive tennis, shoot hoops, love Iyengar yoga, and weight train to do my best to keep my body mass and muscle tone." Clearly, Maples' well-thought-out diet and mixed workouts are keeping this beauty looking youthful and toned — particularly her enviable legs.
