📣 Restaurant Update:
Thank you so much to everyone who has taken an interest in, prayed for, encouraged, and followed along with me on this restaurant journey.
When I got involved in this restaurant it was never just supposed to be just about me. There are other partners involved, many moving parts, and it takes many hands to see it succeed, just like when making a delicious sauce. It’s the foundation of any Italian restaurant. So moving forward Parisi’s will now be bc called, Sugo, which simply means Sauce in Italian. Same Italian concept which will feature amazing food and service in a beautiful restaurant that Crown Point has come to expect from the Meraki Hospitality Group.
Even though I’m stepping away as a partner, I’m dedicated to seeing Sugo succeed. It absolutely has my stamp of approval and I plan to help in any way that they may need. I’ll be in there eating often and I hope to see you all there.
With all of that being said, I’m also really excited to be back in the studio full-time. I feel energized and ready to keep creating the best recipes and content I can for you all — sharing stories around food, family, tradition, and the joy of cooking.
It has been, and continues to be, a joy and privilege to serve you in this way. None of this would be possible without your support, and for that, I’m incredibly thankful.
