As mentioned in my last email, I was only half way through (now closer to 60%) of making notes and
reviewing the proposal. This isn't a simple proposal but rather a complex one with interleaving
behaviours. It takes awhile to digest and understand, plus run through various scenarios and
understand how it will work.
