If I go to the qa site via SSL I get an "Peer's Certificate has been
revoked" error so I can't test right now.

Please try this procedure:

1) Go to https://qa.php.net/pulls/api.php?action=requestlog
this sets a
session flag for more verbose logging
2) Edit the pull request
3) Check log at https://qa.php.net/pulls/api.php?action=requestlog
4) Send it to me off list (unless the error is clear enough ;-) )
