Morning Internalz,

When the debugInfo patch was merged, opcache was not updated to support
it.

This has cost me many hours of running around after ghosts, someone
please merge this in the appropriate places:

This is not purely academic, if you use debugInfo you make opcache
unstable, I'd merge it myself if I weren't in the middle of three other
things and could commit to pecl repo for opcache.

In case not clear ... fix it fix it fix it ... asap ...
