Last night, we celebrated the launch of Wild Summer, our month-long collaboration with SO MUCH TROUBLE, bringing together the bold flavours of SUSHISAMBA with a curated collection of rare and vintage Hermès and Chanel pieces. To mark the occasion, we welcomed Dubai’s tastemakers, media and fashion lovers for an evening where dining, fashion and culture came together in true SUSHISAMBA style. Guests were among the first to discover our limited-edition Wild Summer cocktail and mocktail menu, available throughout the collaboration, while exploring iconic fashion pieces via shoppable QR codes placed throughout the restaurant. This summer, you just might come to SUSHISAMBA for dinner and leave with a Birkin. As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the people and moments that made this year unforgettable at SUSHISAMBA. To our incredible team, your passion, creativity, and commitment continue to bring the SUSHISAMBA energy to life every single day. This year was packed with standout collaborations and experiences. From working with Michelin-starred chef Dani García in Dubai and taking the samba spirit to Marbella, to our Kokoro collaboration selling out in just 10 hours and a one-day sell-out four-hands dining experience with Seiten Heikireiki. We created an unforgettable four-hands dining experience hosted by Navegante’s Chef Diego Munoz and SUSHISAMBA Brand Chef Kitak Lee and from Tokyo to Dubai, Chef Iwao joined us for an unforgettable four-hands omakase dinner over two days. We introduced vibrant new dishes, welcomed world-class mixologists, and elevated our cocktail offering even further. Highlights included hosting the South American Bar Tour — a four-day takeover featuring award-winning talent from Mexico, Peru, Brazil, and Colombia.
