From Dubai to paradise. This weekend, SUSHISAMBA Dubai brought its signature energy to The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands for an exclusive three-night culinary collaboration. Led by Brand Chef Kitak Lee, the experience brought together the vibrant culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru, complemented by the energy of our samba dancers, all set against the extraordinary backdrop of the Maldives. Three unforgettable nights later, it’s safe to say the Maldives was more than ready to SAMBA. Last night, we celebrated the launch of Wild Summer, our month-long collaboration with SO MUCH TROUBLE, bringing together the bold flavours of SUSHISAMBA with a curated collection of rare and vintage Hermès and Chanel pieces. To mark the occasion, we welcomed Dubai’s tastemakers, media and fashion lovers for an evening where dining, fashion and culture came together in true SUSHISAMBA style. Guests were among the first to discover our limited-edition Wild Summer cocktail and mocktail menu, available throughout the collaboration, while exploring iconic fashion pieces via shoppable QR codes placed throughout the restaurant. This summer, you just might come to SUSHISAMBA for dinner and leave with a Birkin.
