As Athletes Unlimited continues to focus on the long-term growth of our leagues, we’ve made the decision to pause AU Pro Basketball during the 2027 season.
We’re incredibly proud of the role Athletes Unlimited has played in reshaping professional women’s basketball since it began in 2022. By pioneering an athlete-centered model, we’ve helped create new opportunities for players and demonstrated what’s possible when athletes are at the center of the game.
As women’s basketball enters an exciting new era of investment and expansion, we believe this is the right time to thoughtfully evaluate how Athletes Unlimited can make its greatest long-term impact.
