What is it really like to work with Bao Living? 👀 We can tell you about the benefits of SAM, but hearing it directly from the people who have implemented it says a lot more. 💬 In this video, our customers share their experience working with Bao Living, from the collaboration and implementation to the value SAM brings to their projects. And most importantly: they would do it again. 🙌 #modularconstruction #modularliving #construction

How does SAM go from an idea to part of your building? 🛠️ We help you configure SAM for your project, produce it offsite and coordinate installation, including utility connections and finishing. And our support continues after delivery. Swipe through the five steps to see how we work. Have a project in mind? How much can you get out of 33 m²? 👀 For these three studios in Leuven, SAM was designed to make a compact footprint feel more spacious and comfortable. This project also marked a first: SAM with integrated air-to-air heat pumps. From installation to finished interior, here’s how it came together. #baoliving #modularliving #offsiteconstruction

Good ideas are one thing. Making them work in a real building is another. That’s where the team comes in. SAM is the result of designers, engineers and project teams constantly aligning, solving problems and figuring out how all the pieces can work better together. It’s not always the part you see, but it’s a pretty important one. 🧩 #modularconstruction #buildingtechnology #futureofbuilding

What if the biggest challenge in construction isn’t how we build, but how we use the space we already have? 👀 In the newest episode of the Bao Living Podcast, we sit down with Leo Van Broeck, architect, co-founder of &bogdan & Van Broeck and former Vlaams Bouwmeester. We talk about the way Flanders has been built, the pressure on our limited space and what needs to change if we want a more sustainable built environment. From the bouwshift and renovation wave to our relationship with nature, raw materials and the rise of industrialised and modular construction, Leo shares his perspective on where the building sector needs to go next. 🎙️ A conversation about architecture, policy and one big question: how do we build better without simply building more? Where do you put everything when every square metre counts? 👀 With SAM, storage is integrated into the design from the start. By bringing essential living functions together in one compact system, every square metre works harder. 🧩 Storage built into the architecture 🧩 Up to 25% more usable living space 🧩 A spacious living experience within a compact footprint Less space lost. More space to live. #modularliving #compactapartments #prefab

What happens to your project's kitchens in 15 or 20 years? ♻️ Traditionally? They end up in a container. With SAM? They retain their value. Thanks to a demountable, circular design, our components are built for a second life. Even better: eligible modules can yield up to 30% cashback at the end of their cycle. Less waste. Measurable ROI. 🏗️ Planning a circular project? Let’s talk strategy. #circulardesign #sustainableconstruction #modularconstruction
