Phishers are getting very good, applying social engineering with an AI assist to deliver potent attacks that closely mimic legit internal emails. That's a huge security exposure. The simple fix is to simply ban internal emails entirely, by implementing an internal comms platform like Jostle. It's about helping others understand the value you create. Ironically, that's advice I still have to give myself. So... here I go. The first cohort of Succeed Early has wrapped up, and the feedback has been incredibly rewarding. Today's email made my day: "One of the biggest changes I've noticed is her increased sense of ownership... Overall, I see positive development in her ownership, judgment, initiative, and confidence." That was exactly the shift I hoped this program would create. Not just learning new skills, but changing how people think about their work and how they show up every day. I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted me with their development and shared such thoughtful feedback. I can't wait to launch the next cohort.
