It means the elusive secret sauce of sustained relevancy has been achieved. It means growth has been pursued carefully and with intention, it is steady and can be relied upon (versus an unpredictable rocketship). I am incredibly proud of the dedicated JENNY BIRD team for this accomplishment. It takes a tonne of talent, hard work and collaboration to accomplish what we have. But brands aren’t self-sufficient islands; it takes a dynamic ecosystem of contractors, vendors, business and media partners that surround the team to help realize goals and spread awareness. Thank you to every partner who has and currently contributes meaningfully to our success in this way. For every brand, success starts and ends with high-quality, beautiful products consumers fall in love with. This achievement reflects our commitment to excellence in the product of jewelry as we continue to practice thoughtful design, slow and innovative product development and best-in-class manufacturing. We are leaders in our category as a result. Our high standards for client care then ensure an exceptional experience around each purchase for our clients, who return knowing they can trust the brand they are spending their money with. Closets are curated carefully today, and it’s an honour to be an important part of so many. Today, I remain fulfilled, curious and in pursuit. I have an insatiable desire to pursue my own potential as a creative and a leader: to lead a profitable enterprise, to create objects of beauty, shape brand experiences and drive social impact. I want to get all the juice out of life and out of myself. I want to build what doesn’t exist today and see what this team is capable of. We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Priti Kapoor CPA, CA to Chief Operating Officer earlier this year, and Laura Carinci as our newly appointed Chief Brand Officer. Both Priti and Laura are incredibly talented professionals who have rocketed in their individual career paths, while simultaneously aligning and mentoring their teams to achieve double-digit year-over-year growth in each of the past five years. What's even more impressive is their commitment to conscious and kind leadership while achieving, making Jenny Bird one of the best places to work in this industry. I am beyond proud of what we have built together and to have these two humans beside me for this next chapter. Please join me in congratulating my two right hands! We don't have any fun at all.....
