We will schedule two 1.5 hour calls where we will discuss where you are at today vs where you want to be in the different aspects of leadership. At the end of the two calls, there is no sales pitch, no requirement to work with me. At the end of these two calls, you’ll have a ton of clarity and a plan to take forward and action on - and you’ll have some resources from me to get you moving on your journey. If you are a new leader that needs help strengthening your leadership foundation, this is for you. If you finding yourself buried in work and not able to make enough time for your leadership development, this is definitely for you. And if you are in the C-suite, and you can see different areas of leadership that you need to develop, this is for you. Who's next? 🔥💼 Message me and let's talk.

Reuben Driedger reacted on thisReuben Driedger reacted on thisSometimes, the hardest lessons come from unexpected places. Recently, I’ve been working through my child’s struggles with school grades. The reasons are clear: no homework, no studying, no participation. But here’s the thing—how many times have I, as an adult, been guilty of putting in minimal effort and expecting great results? Instead of focusing on punishment, we’re focusing on creating better systems. We’ve set up tutoring, created new routines at home, and even brought in an executive functioning therapist. And it’s working. This got me thinking: in leadership, systems matter more than willpower. Willpower can get us through a short sprint, but to keep moving forward, especially in challenging times, systems are key. So, here are a few takeaways that you can apply to your leadership journey: 🔑 Systems Matter More Than Willpower: Expecting change without the right systems is setting yourself up for failure. Systems provide sustainability, even when motivation dips. 🔑 Focus on the Process, Not Just the Outcome: It’s about the consistent effort and the steps we take each day—not just the finish line. #Leadership #Systems #Success #GrowthMindset #LeadershipDevelopment

Understanding HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is crucial for businesses, especially those dealing with international clients. HST functions as a net tax. You collect HST from your customers and pay HST on your business expenses. The difference is what you remit to the government. For instance, if you collect $100 in HST and pay $20 on expenses, you owe $80. Consider a property management scenario: if you collect 0 HST from US-based clients but pay $130 in HST on your accountant's invoice, you are eligible for a $130 refund. This highlights the importance of proper tax handling to optimize cash flow and minimize costs. #HST #SmallBusiness #TaxTips #Canada #InternationalBusiness

I’m going to say something that might step on a few toes… but I say it with love. Incorporating doesn’t automatically save you money. Planning does. I can’t count how many times I’ve met someone who incorporated because they heard: “Once you incorporate, taxes go down.” And then they’re shocked when the year ends and they still feel behind. Not because they’re doing anything wrong… but because a corporation is a tool, and tools don’t build anything on their own. A corporation can create tax opportunities, yes. But if you don’t have a plan for: ➡️how you pay yourself ➡️how much you retain ➡️what you do with retained earnings ➡️how you structure growth ➡️what you’re actually optimizing for… You’re not saving money. You’re just operating in the dark, with more moving parts. And honestly? Most business owners don’t need “more complexity.” They need a clear strategy that matches the life they’re trying to build. #tax#financialplanning#optimizing#wealth
