Support · Evidence first
Help that starts with the evidence.
Use the public repository for reproducible bugs and compatibility questions; keep security reports and customer data private.
Before requesting help
- Download the local privacy-bounded support snapshot
- Preserve relevant reason codes and event timestamps
- Record WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, Checkout Firewall, checkout, and gateway versions
- Explain whether the issue affects Classic Checkout, Checkout Blocks, or Store API checkout
- Do not include card data, payment payloads, credentials, customer records, or production exports
Where to go
Use GitHub Issues for non-sensitive reproducible bugs and compatibility reports, or email jacob@codeprint.io for account, purchase, or private support matters. Use the private disclosure process for suspected vulnerabilities. For an attack in progress, begin with the 15-minute response guide.
