After a thrilling draw in the finals, 𝗣𝗖𝗙 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 @ 𝗘𝘂𝗻𝗼𝘀 emerged as champions. Congratulations to the winning team, and a big round of applause to all 29 teams from 24 Active Ageing Centres across Singapore for bringing their teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship to the arena over three exciting days. 🎉 We were also honoured to have Mr Kiat How Tan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Digital Development and Information & Ministry of Health (Singapore), join us as Guest-of-Honour, and even take to the field for a friendly match! The tournament was organised by Jia Ying Community Services Ltd. (JYCSL), with technical support from the Association of Drone Soccer Singapore (ADSS), and supported by the FUN! Fund—an initiative by the Community Foundation of Singapore and the Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) (AIC). Andy Liew Shiau Min 刘学敏 赞了此动态Andy Liew Shiau Min 刘学敏 赞了此动态Last July, I had the opportunity to meet Andy Burnham at a small university fundraising and investment event. At the time, he was serving as Mayor of Greater Manchester. Little did I imagine that just a year later, he would become the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Life has a way of surprising us, and moments like these are a reminder of how quickly history can unfold. During the event, we chatted about football and even joked about the "Battle of Britain" in my household, as we support different teams. It gave everyone a good laugh. Looking back now, that conversation feels even more memorable. I wish him every success during his time as Prime Minister and hope he will lead the United Kingdom with steadiness and purpose, making a meaningful contribution to the country and its people.

There's a particular quality to a Swedish summer that resets something in me. The pace eases, the light stretches late into the evening, and the questions get simpler and somehow larger: not what am I doing this quarter, but what am I building that will outlast me? Singapore, my home now, rewards speed — and I love it for that. But coming back reminds me that the things I most admire, in people and in institutions, were rarely built fast. They were tended. Stewarded. Handed on in better shape than they were found. I spend my working life around leadership and succession, and it is easy to let that turn abstract. A week among old friends, older forests and family makes it concrete again: leadership, in the end, is stewardship. And that's my weekend thought.

Led by Dr. Khalid Al-Hourani, md, phd and Dr. Shehzaad Khan, our booth workshop drew an amazing turnout and brought meniscus repair techniques to life. Thanks to our tactile orthopedics models, participants got a truly close to real hands-on experience, practicing all-inside repairs with RapidLink Ultra and inside-out techniques with the Twin-Stitcher. The engagement was next level: attendees were fully immersed in the tips & tricks and praised the skill of our tutors and the intuitive design of the products. In 2002, while studying to be a holistic practitioner, I discovered the healing power of hypnosis. At that time in my life I felt most in alignment with breathwork and massage so I put my hypnosis training in my pocket. Over the years, I have revisited this practice and taken more trainings, both for my own healing as well as with clients, but never felt called to put it out in the field. I recently finished an amazing 5-PATH hypnosis training in Bellingham and, from the moment I started the pre-work, it felt like coming home. This is where I belong and my gift to the world. So today, I am sharing Deep Waters Hypnosis with you and, for the time being, will by offering sessions via zoom. Please feel welcome to visit my new social media babies.
