Apr 5 at 13:26 comment added Joe Nesco looks to be a kitchen appliance brand, but it's not clear what they specialize in. (Like how Instant Pot makes a lot more than pressure cookers these days). There are appliances like slow cookers that are often used unattended that would probably work, but you also need to consider the type of ham (raw, pre-cooked, country ham, etc)
