Hello and welcome! My name is Corinne Mossati and I’m a drinks writer, author, cocktail gardener and founder/editor of Cocktails & Bars, The Gourmantic Garden and Gourmantic websites. With comprehensive experience in hospitality media since 2009, I have written extensively about cocktails, spirits, bars, food, restaurants, travel, and in more recent years, edible and cocktail gardening.

I’m a cocktail developer and I grow a wide range of botanicals including Australian natives that naturally end up in my cocktails. In 2023, I published my first book ‘GROW YOUR OWN COCKTAIL GARDEN, 1 Part Grow Guides, 1 Part Cocktails & a Dash of Flavour Pairing’ followed by ‘SHRUBS & BOTANICAL SODAS, Drinking Vinegars from the Garden’ in 2024 and ‘AUSTRALIAN NATIVE EDIBLES – GROW IT EAT IT DRINK IT‘ in 2025.

My cocktail garden was featured on ABC TV’s Gardening Australia in a segment on ‘Botanical Beverages’ with host Costa Georgiadis. I’m a contributor to Real World Gardener radio program and featured in several local and international publications including Pip Magazine, Organic Gardener, Australian Bartender, Bars & Clubs, Distiller Magazine (USA) and Breathe (UK) as well as interviewed on Practical Permaculture Podcast and Sydney Chic.

I was guest speaker on International Permaculture Day 2024 with Permaculture Northern Beaches where I presented a live demonstration and tasting of drinking shrubs and botanical sodas. In 2022, I presented a live webinar on ‘How to Use Your Edible Garden Botanicals in Cocktails‘ for Grow It Local members followed by a live Q&A session. I am a contributor to Diageo Bar Academy, a training platform for bartenders.

My garden has won several awards including Randwick Council Garden Awards for Best Edible Garden and Eco Champion Awards, Grow It Local Awards in the Best Veggie Patch Name category and Sustainable Gardener award.

I reside with my partner on Bidjigal and Gadigal land in Sydney, Australia.
