CHANGE REVIEW LOG

Menu changes,
reviewed by a person.

When an official source changes, it is logged. A human reviewer then decides whether the published guidance changes. Only those decided outcomes appear here — never automatic, never raw source-change events.

Of the 72 guides we publish, 38 are monitored automatically and 34 are checked manually on their recorded date — those chains serve their data through JavaScript or protect it from automated reading, so they cannot be watched reliably. How we check sources →

  1. In-N-Out

    Guidance retained

The source hash flapped across retrievals. Independent current official search results still state that French fries are cooked in 100% sunflower oil; the guide claim remains limited to fries and retains its cross-contact caveat. No evidence supports broadening the claim.

Reviewer note: Monitor retrieval variability is an operational issue, not evidence that the restaurant menu changed.

  2. Village Inn

    Guidance retained

The current official page still directs readers to location-specific nutritional information. CFR’s guide makes no vegan-positive claim and continues to require local confirmation, so the source variation does not alter published guidance.

Reviewer note: Keep this route at unknown until a current location-specific first-party ingredient source supports a narrower claim.
