Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Can't register Apple Developer Account - stuck for 2.5 months
I set up a single-member LLC through Firstbase.io. My colleague obtained a DUNS number using the Certificate of Incorporation and EIN Verification Letter provided by Firstbase. Once we had the DUNS, I applied for an Apple Developer Account (Enrollment ID: 54AML988C5). I used my personal MacBook that I've had for years, but had to create a new Apple ID since I already have a personal Apple developer account that's been active for 8+ years. Documents I submitted with the enrollment: My passport EIN Verification Letter (with my name on it) Certificate of Incorporation A month later I received a rejection: "We're unable to proceed with your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program at this time. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account to develop and test apps on your own device." Support doesn't respond to messages. The "Request a call" button on developer.apple.com/support literally does nothing — clicking it has no effect. I contacted D&B to make sure our company data was correct. They confirmed everything was fine, and at my request they updated the company profile so that my name now explicitly appears as Key Principal on the D&B website. Reached out to Apple support again — still no response. I then created a second Apple ID on our corporate domain (developer@mydomain_com) and submitted another enrollment (Enrollment ID: H9V8P25F67). Got the exact same rejection with the exact same wording. And once again — no response from support. What's especially surprising is that reaching out to Apple support from my personal developer account - which is active and in good standing - about this situation doesn't lead anywhere either. They simply don't respond. Has anyone dealt with this? What can actually be done here?

Record button disabled in Developer App after camera scan failed (Web routing issue)
Hi everyone, I am experiencing a frustrating loop while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program from Turkey, and I need some help or advice. Here is my situation: I tried to enroll using the Apple Developer App. Unfortunately, the camera scan for my passport/ID failed a few times (probably due to glare on the passport or a camera focus issue). After a few failed attempts, the app automatically redirected me to the web enrollment process. The problem: The web enrollment charges the standard $99 USD fee. However, the Apple Developer App offers "Local Pricing" for Turkey, which is significantly more affordable for me. I want to complete my enrollment via the App to use the local pricing. To fix this, I logged into my Apple ID on a different device with a better camera. But now, the "Enroll" button in the app is completely disabled (grayed out). It seems my Apple ID is locked to the "web enrollment" status. I sent an email to Apple Support a day ago but haven't received a response yet. Is there any way to completely cancel/flush my pending web enrollment so I can start fresh from the Developer App? Has anyone else faced this "disabled button" issue after a failed camera scan and found a solution? Thanks in advance for your help!

URGENT: Enrollment Stuck & Overdue After Repayment (Case: 102880401533)

Developer Account Membership Expired – Cannot Find Renewal Option (Team ID: 532YXBDAKC)
Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program membership has expired on March 11, 2026, and I am unable to find any option to renew it. Team ID: 532YXBDAKC I have checked the following places but there is no renewal option available anywhere: The Apple Developer website (developer.apple.com) – no renewal button or prompt visible in my account The Apple Developer app on Mac – no renewal option found The Apple Developer app on iPhone – no renewal option found I would like to renew my membership as soon as possible, but I am completely stuck as there is no clear path to do so. Cannot renew expired membership — "Apple Account already associated with the Account Holder of a membership"
Hi all, My Apple Developer Program membership expired and I cannot renew through any path. Hoping someone has solved this exact error. What I see: developer.apple.com/account no longer shows a Membership section — only an "Enroll today" button. Clicking Enroll redirects to /enroll/ineligible/account-holder with: "Sorry, you can't enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." Direct URLs /account/renew and /account/membership/ both redirect to the generic Account dashboard with no Renew button. The iOS Apple Developer app shows only Account info (name/email/Sign Out) — no Membership section. iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions: Apple Developer Program is NOT in the Active or Expired list (my original membership was paid via the developer enrollment portal, not as an iOS auto-renewing subscription, so the "resubscribe through your existing subscription" advice from older threads doesn't apply). Signing out / signing back in / Private window — no change. I have an open support case (filed Apr 28) and just sent a follow-up. Phone callback is no longer offered for this case type. Has anyone resolved this exact "ineligible/account-holder" error? Is there any self-serve path I'm missing, or is the support email queue truly the only option? My App Store Connect Paid Apps and Free Apps agreements are now Expired and blocking submission for my app. Thanks for any pointers.

Enrollment Pending more than 2 days after ID upload and successful payment
Hello, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and successfully completed the payment. Afterward, I received an email requesting identity verification documents, which I have already uploaded. It has now been over the stated 2 business days, but my account status has not been updated. Furthermore, when I log into the Apple Developer portal, it still prompts me to "Complete Enrollment" and asks me to pay the fee again. Because of this, I am unsure if the Enrollment ID currently displayed on my account is the same one from when I originally completed the payment. For your reference to help investigate: Current Enrollment ID: P2N3MR4UDN Order Number: W1498763945 Note: My credit card statement already shows that the payment was charged successfully. Paid Apple Developer Program enrollment 5 days ago still no activation, support case open with no reply
Hello Apple Developer community I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on April 26, 2026. The payment went through successfully and I received a full receipt by email on April 27, 2026. However, 5 days later: My Apple ID still shows no active membership at developer.apple.com/account Because of this, I cannot access App Store Connect to submit my app On April 29, 2026 I opened a support request via the official contact form and received an automated confirmation with a case number ID is 102881308327. but since then there has been no reply from the Enrollment / Support team. What I have already checked: Spam / Junk / Promotions folders — clean Email filters and blocked senders — clean Apple ID primary email is verified and matches the one on the receipt Notification preferences in my Apple ID account — all enabled Signed out and back in to developer.apple.com — membership still not visible Has anyone experienced a similar delay between successful payment and account activation? Is there a faster way to escalate this to the Enrollment team than waiting on the existing case? My app is fully ready to submit and every day of delay is critical for my project deadline. I m guidance from Apple staff would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!

Appe tried migrating my account, failed and wants me to pay again?
I created an apple developer account as an individual developer, paid the $99 fee and was testing my app with it. I was able to distribute several builds with it into internal testflight and was ready to submit for review and listing. When it came time to submit the app I wanted to submit as an LLC (instead of invidual developer) so I called into support who said that is totally fine but they need to migrate it and asked me to submit paperwork for that and start the process. I did all that (which costed even more money and time) and they confirmed that the migration is underway. A few weeks later there were no updates so I called in again and was told that the migration was declined. Furthermore, due to this partial migration, I am also unable to distribute an app even tp internal testflight anymore (which I could do before). So I called in again and I asked if I can submit as an individual dev and was told that I can and they can set it back to an individual dev account. The support person said that she qill submit a request for that. So I waited a few more weeks for an update of which there was none. I call in again and now they tell me that they can't reset it back to an individual developer account and that I have to create a new account if I want to work on an app and that requires paying the fees again and further that they can't even refund me the fees I already paid. Is this a common occurrance? what is my recourse here?

Developer Account Help
I am writing to request an update on my Apple Developer Program enrollment status. I completed the payment of 1,029.00 TRY on April 26, 2026, and I have already received the official invoice (Order ID: MC67397151) via email on April 28. Furthermore, I have already uploaded and submitted my government-issued ID as requested for identity verification. However, my account status has remained "Pending" for 4 days now. Could you please review my application and let me know if there are any further actions required from my side to finalize the activation?

Apple developer Enrollment bug
I created an new Apple developer account, completed enrollment by finalizing the payment and uploading my Passport, yet there has not been any correspondence or approval since 8 days and the dashboard still shows I need to complete the payment to enroll, while I have a transaction in my bank account and received the invoice+confirmation. Not getting any response via phone or email contact. Where can I reach out / what can I do? It's quite annoying as we're losing momentum.

Help: Nowhere to Re-Enroll Apple Developer Account
Dear Apple Community, I have the below notification to re-enroll for Apple Developer account, but there is not button in any of these areas. I am looking for urgent help. Apple have not responded to my email requests. I am desperate for assistance. "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Business section of App Store Connect." Hello, My Enrollment ID: T7QXDY4LM6. I submitted application business days ago. However, the status remains ‘Pending’ ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. This delay is significantly impacting our project timeline and business launch. I have tried to contact support via emails without success. Could Apple Developer Enrollment Team escalate this case for me right now please?

Enrollment Limbo - Case ID: 102880862772
I have paid and uploaded my driving license and I have been charged. No enrolment confirmation and if I I visit again I'm only prompted to pay again. I have logged a case and contacted "support"who do not respond to emails and on the phone I have waited multiple times for 1hr+ and no-one picks up. "Normal"apple support say they can't contact apple developer support. I'm SO ANNOYED. 4 days of this now. no end in sight. now I can't even make a call back request as entering my number generates a "we cannot process this request"or similar message

Issue with enrollment
Hi. I have submitted all required documents, and paid the yearly fee but now my Developer application on iphone and mac say that "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple account" and to visit website. When I visit website it wants me to pay again to continue. Is that normal? In my Apple subscriptions I can see it already active, and it for sure was paid, eg. deducted from my bank account

Hello, I have been buying a dev licence 3 days ago and I received my invoice from Apple yesterday. My statut in still "pending" I sent my ID and I dont understand why it takes so long to finalize the process. I saw some posts of you guys with same issue. Is it something to do with? or it is only to wait? Thank you.

Developer Account Help

Apple DEV Account Still Pending
Hello Apple, Just subsribed to the DEV Program and paid the $99 fee. But my account still says pending and to complete enrollment. Do I simply need to wait 1-2 business days before we can begin deploying our app? Please advise. Thank you, Ken

Individual enrollment stuck after identity document upload — no response
Order: W1480222859 Case: 102881078750 I submitted my National ID card on April 25, 2026. Received confirmation email that review would take 2 business days, but it has now been 5 days with no update. Account still shows "Purchase your membership." Please review my enrollment status.

Help: Nowhere to Re-Enroll Apple Developer Account
Dear Apple Community, I have the below notification to re-enroll for Apple Developer account, but there is not button in any of these areas. I am looking for urgent help. Apple have not responded to my email requests. I am desperate for assistance. "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Business section of App Store Connect." Enrollment pending
Hello, My Enrollment ID: T7QXDY4LM6. I submitted application business days ago. However, the status remains ‘Pending’ ‘Your enrollment is being processed’ and I have not received any further instructions or payment link. This delay is significantly impacting our project timeline and business launch. I have tried to contact support via emails without success. Could Apple Developer Enrollment Team escalate this case for me right now please?

Enrollment Limbo - Case ID: 102880862772
I have paid and uploaded my driving license and I have been charged. No enrolment confirmation and if I I visit again I'm only prompted to pay again. I have logged a case and contacted "support"who do not respond to emails and on the phone I have waited multiple times for 1hr+ and no-one picks up. "Normal"apple support say they can't contact apple developer support. I'm SO ANNOYED. 4 days of this now. no end in sight. now I can't even make a call back request as entering my number generates a "we cannot process this request"or similar message

Issue with enrollment
Hi. I have submitted all required documents, and paid the yearly fee but now my Developer application on iphone and mac say that "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple account" and to visit website. When I visit website it wants me to pay again to continue. Is that normal? In my Apple subscriptions I can see it already active, and it for sure was paid, eg. deducted from my bank account
