Magicampers is an American animated children's television series created by Obie Scott Wade. It premiered on Disney Jr. on March 23, 2026.[1]
Premise
[edit]Magicampers follows the adventures of best friends Darly and Loomis attending a day camp known as Magicamp Island filled with various other mythical hybrids.
Characters

[edit]- Darly (voiced by Cassie Glow)[1] is a "pi-gasus"; a pig and Pegasus hybrid with wings that give her the ability of flight. She is Loomis' best friend[2]
- Loomis (voiced by Benjamin Mackey)[1] is a "donkeycorn"; a donkey and unicorn hybrid who has a unicorn horn on his head that glows when he does magic. He is Darly's best friend[2]
- Treena (voiced by Uzo Aduba) is an anthropomorphic talking tree with a deer-like face, being the nature spirit and camp leader.[2] She presents and mentors the Magicampers on their many quests even during Circle Time and is able to generate a magical book of legends.
- Dracoon (voiced by Mason Blomberg)[1] is a green raccoon with dragon-like features such as red wings, scales, and fangs, Like Darly, He has the ability to fly and can also breathe fire.
- Bodhi (voiced by Carlos Solórzano) is a skunk with the horns and lower half of a bull.
- Fifi (voiced by Araceli Prasarttongosoth) is a white puppy who has fiery hair and a flaming tail.
- Chiffin is a little chicken with a griffin's body and wings.
- Harper is a cat with a mermaid's tail.
- Chauncey (voiced by Truman Eoff) is a large, centaur-like jackalope and one of the many mentors.
Production
[edit]Magicampers was developed in 2020 and was greenlit in 2022.[3] The series was announced on June 13, 2023, at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.[2] The series is produced by Mikros Animation.[2] The series premiered on March 23, 2026.[1] The series was previously expected to release in 2025.[3]

[edit]Fernanda Camargo of Common Sense Media rated the series a 3 out of 5.[5] Tony Betti of Laughing Place rated the series a 2.5 out of 5, praising the animation and vibrancy, but criticizing the ambiguity of the series.[6]
