FAQs
Yes. Gold and higher sponsors receive reserved tickets; however, you will still be given a deadline to provide your attendee names to ERI. Silver and lower sponsors have the opportunity to register attendees at no cost, but you must do so before the tickets sell out.
No. You may discuss opting out of sponsor benefits with ERI staff. However, opting out of a benefit will not lower your sponsorship amount (unless you would like to change your sponsorship to a lower level).
Expo booths must be staffed by conference attendees who have registered with either your complimentary sponsor registrations or a paid ticket. Sponsors will have early access to the venue to set up their booths, and booths may remain set up until the conclusion of the conference. You may leave your booth unattended throughout the conference; however, ERI staff is not responsible for the items you leave at your table. We ask that you staff your booth during the designated expo hour.
While we have allowed this in the past, we are no longer able to provide expo tables to organizations that are not sponsors. If you are interested in tabling at ISRC, please consider becoming a sponsor.
This sponsorship level is available to independently owned, Indiana-based businesses with 30 or fewer total employees. It is designed to make participation accessible for startups, family-owned businesses, and other mission-driven small enterprises. We will not ask for formal proof of qualification for this level.
