This year’s edition centered on the theme “Grow tomorrow’s skills together,” exploring how learning shapes the capabilities needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. For the occasion, Balenciaga curated a comprehensive learning program for its teams. Interactive masterclasses invited employees to reflect on how to prepare meaningful and impactful career conversations, encouraging open dialogue around professional growth. Employees worldwide also joined exclusive sessions focused on the House’s creative identity, offering deeper insight into Balenciaga’s artistic vision under the creative direction of Pierpaolo Piccioli, the richness of its savoir-faire, and the stories behind its creations. Balenciaga reopens its flagship in Guangzhou’s Taikoo Hui, now spanning 572 square meters following an expansion that nearly doubles its previous size, signaling one of the House’s largest retail presences in China. The space introduces exclusive products, special events, and the latest collections, beginning with Pierpaolo Piccioli’s debut for the House, the Summer 26 collection, ‘The Heartbeat’.
