Revert "rtw89: 8852b: update fw to v0.29.128.0"
This reverts commit eb03c8ce595d75f2a2f81cbe87698c2539f64377.
To support v0.29.128.0, driver should update BT-coexistence mechanism
accordingly. Otherwise, BT will get degraded performance.
