Template description field missing on Tuuli #401

Under 'plan details' the user is given an overview of the chosen template. Usually the template description field displays. This is happening on DMPonline test but not Tuuli test so I guess there's something different in the configurations.


Compared to Tekes template on Tuuli live site (with description field)
