David Biesack served as Chief API Officer at Apiture from 2021 until March, 2026. David applies his passion for building great APIs and a compelling developer experience to the design and architecture of web APIs. David has over thirty-five years of industry experience creating reusable, robust, and elegant enterprise software systems. He strives to make software [development|developers] better, stronger, faster at solving complex customer problems.
Previously, David worked in SAS R&D for 28 years, most recently leading SAS' API Center of Excellence and SAS’ adoption of RESTful API design.
David has a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University and an MS in CS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
