Add StatusResponse domain object for use by client libraries

Description

A new health check endpoint was added with

• Create status endpoints for kubernetes #1166

but did not include a domain object that could be used to model the response in client libraries. A domain object needs to be made available so that client libraries can make use of this endpoint.
