What happened?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate a license in Reactor that has breached password detection.
2. Click the 'regenerate' button in the Admin UI.

Expected result:
The 'Breached Password Detection' status should, within a few seconds (refresh page), change from Pending to Active.

Actual result:
The status might take as long as 179 minutes to update.
