What happened?

The following event types are transactional but cannot be configured as transactional:
(BH - updated to remove the *.complete events)

user.identity.update
user.identity.verified
user.registration.create
user.registration.delete
user.registration.update
user.registration.verified
user.update

Dropdowns in the admin UI for these transaction settings are disabled. Changes to the transaction setting for these event types are not persisted by API calls.
