Fix object and array construction in FunctionUtils to set the op for boolean values #7

In the ExpressionVisitor visitBoolean method, there is a test against ctx.op.getType() but the op was not getting set to the token so we got an NullPointerException. By setting the bc.op = token during the construction in the FunctionUtils we fix this issue.
